Dark Energy Inc is a public-benefit nonprofit organization created to fund and operate initiatives that strengthen community safety and coordination; without advertising, without data selling, and without compromising trust.

Our primary focus is supporting ADY Alert, a privacy-first community safety and coordination platform designed to help people act earlier and more responsibly in moments that matter.

Communities regularly encounter “in-between” situations, moments where something feels wrong, but it’s unclear whether it warrants a 9-1-1 call. In these situations, people often lack safe, responsible ways to communicate concerns without creating panic, rumors, or unnecessary escalation.

Dark Energy Inc was formed to support systems that help communities share early signals, validate concerns, and coordinate appropriate responses; while maintaining strict privacy protections and avoiding the harmful incentives common to ad-driven platforms.
