Dark Energy Inc is a public-benefit nonprofit organization supporting initiatives that strengthen community safety and coordination, including ADY Alert.

Your support helps fund privacy-first, non-commercial public-interest infrastructure, without advertising, without data selling, and without engagement manipulation.

Dark Energy Inc maintains oversight to ensure all funds are used responsibly and remain aligned with our mission. 

All donations currently fund the rollout of ADY Alert.

Contributions are applied to launching and operating ADY Alert for a specific geographic area for a 12-month period. Donors choose where their support is applied.

You may direct your contribution to one of the following:

• A specific U.S. county
   
• A specific U.S. state
   
• A specific country
   
• Global deployment (worldwide support)

When “Global deployment” is selected, a portion of funds may also support Dark Energy Inc’s organizational operations to enable worldwide coordination and oversight.

• $1 = funding for 1 person for 12 months, based on census population data
   
• Funds are pooled by location
   
• Once 100% (or more) of the required funding is reached for a county, state, or country, ADY Alert is launched for that area
   
• All funds are used exclusively for ADY Alert rollout, operation, and required supporting infrastructure
   

At this time, recurring or monthly donations are not offered.
